Along with personalised programs we also run regular E.R.T technical skills sessions as part of the ERT Crew. These are aimed at those looking for that extra edge and getting experienced riders faster over technical terrain.  

TYPICAL GROUP SKILLS SESSIONS

DESCEND LIKE A DEMON 

Always struggle with rock drops? Tend to ride around ladders looking at them longingly? This session will look at how to master drops and build your confidence to get you hitting ladders out on the trail. We'll give you some specific techniques and tips of how to ride them confidentially and then provide you with personalised detailed feedback to build your confidence. We'll get you floating off of drops and riding ladders in no time, so you can say bye bye to the B-line.

LESS SNAKES MORE LADDERS

Is it a bird? Is it a plane? No it's you soring through the air with confidence! This session will look at a few general jumping techniques (including “get out of jail/hospital" skills), and then provide you with detailed feedback on how to improve. We'll give you some personalised tips of the trade and you'll soon be hitting jumps with confidence. 

ELITE RACE TRAINING

We work with you to provide a safe and fun environment where you can learn both new skills, and correct any bad habits at your own pace.  We can provide tailored individual sessions focussing on specific skill areas and provide informed feedback including video playback if required. 

CORNER LIKE A PRO

This session will look at a few general corning techniques, and then provide you with detailed feedback on how to improve. We'll give you some personalised tips of the trade and you'll soon be railing corners, even on pea gravel! 

At Jump N Pump we get that sometimes it's fun to learn with others. Our group skills sessions are a great way to learn something new or hone an existing skill to make you a better rider. Our group size is kept small (max 5) so we can still tailor the level of the session to individual needs. 

Group Skills sessions

Wonder why you sometimes get left behind when the trail turns downhill? Want to get a faster going downhill but not really sure how to safely? This session will focus on getting you ripping down the  trail safely, and with increased confidence. We'll look at how to "read a trail" and then provide you with detailed feedback on how to get quicker. We'll give you some personalised tips of the trade and you'll soon be floating over rocks and roots, and railing corners whilst leaving your mates behind.
